Belly Wrap
Will wrapping Seran wrap around your belly help you burn belly fat?
Now not to sound stupid or anything, I heard a few people talking about this at the gym.. and thought it was a bit ridiculous... should you be doing this sort of thing, and is it a good idea?
Does it even make sense?
before anyone else butchers me, I'm not actually looking to lose weight... I'm perfectly healthy and beginning to get toned.
I was just asking considering I overheard this conversation which I wasn't sure what to think of.
Sounds interesting you might want to try it but i highly doubt that it would actually work. You might need to wrap yourself in Saran wrap while exercising and you would probably sweat more. who knows until you try it. But that's a good one.
