A photo studio owner WITHOUT female's permission makes her photo [which he once developed for the lady with complete payment by her,decent in salwar kameez] poster size and sticks it on the wall of his studio for decoration with other photos.When lady protests it he says ''you can not object upon it! ,other custmers also do not object because we are not misusing the photo''.At that time he removed the photo from the wall but later lady come to know that he again has fixed the photo on his studio shop's wall.What is the legal remedy for it?
