has anyone witnessed petticoat punishment?
hello. im jackie im woman in her late thirties and recently i have just discovered what petticoat punishment is, id never heared of it before . the whole family had got together at my sisters for sunday lunch and i asked my sister where my 12 year old nephew was, she said he will be down in a min, before that she had told everyone that he was caught stealing from a shop the previous day and hadnt been punished yet. well 10 mins past and my sister went up stairs and down came my nephew well ive never felt so embarrassed for soemone, she had put him in his sisters pink party dress. white tights and pink heels well everyone burst out laughing and teasing him and he sat through dinner like this different punishment i suppose any of you guys out there seen anything like this
You do not have to strike another to be guilty of mental abuse and doing it to a child is inexcusable. When I was young, the penalty for petty pilfering was servitude to the offended party for as long as Dad and the owner agreed bearing in mind that the punishment should fit the crime within reason. Where was Dad in all of this fol-de-rol? Off somewhere never having learned that a man is never so tall as when he stoops to help a child.
As to the mental abuse aspect of this inhumane farce, let me point out how loud she would squeal the mental abuse card during a divorce proceeding. A deaf ear on her squeal by the judge would be justice served considering the mental abuse she heaped upon her son in this situation unnecessarily.
